You are not broken. You are a system of parts — each one carrying a role, a wound, or a gift. IFS helps you meet your inner protectors and exiles with compassion, and lead your whole self from the calm wisdom of your core Self.

Clean Language

Clean Language + drawing

Your psyche speaks in metaphors. Clean Language uses precise, non-directive questions to let your inner world reveal itself — in its own language, not someone else's interpretation. Drawing takes it deeper: when the hand moves, what the mind censors can finally emerge.

Nervous system

Nervous system regulation

Healing doesn't happen in the mind alone. When your body is in threat mode, no insight can land. You'll learn somatic tools — breath, movement, orienting — to create the safety your nervous system needs to do the deep work without overwhelm.

Come home to your body

Safety is the foundation of all healing. Before we go deep, we build your inner anchor — a regulated nervous system that can hold whatever arises.

Frequently asked

Do I need to know IFS or Clean Language before joining?

Not at all. The program welcomes complete beginners and those already familiar with these tools. Week 1 is designed to meet you exactly where you are — the depth of the work scales naturally with your experience.

Is this therapy? Do I need to be in therapy alongside this?

This is not therapy and does not replace it. It is a transformational healing program that uses therapeutic tools in a coaching and community context. If you are currently in a mental health crisis or working with severe trauma, we recommend doing this alongside professional therapeutic support.

What if I can't make the live calls?

Every live session is recorded and uploaded to the community within 24 hours. You will never miss anything — the self-paced video modules carry the full teaching, and the live calls are for integration and connection.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

Plan for approximately 3–4 hours per week: two video modules (around 40 min), one audio meditation (15 min), one drawing/workbook exercise (30–45 min), and the live group call (90 min). You can spread this however works for your life.

I'm not artistic at all — do I really have to draw?

Yes — and that's precisely why it works. Clean Language drawing is not about making art. It's about letting your hand move without your analytical mind intervening. Stick figures, abstract shapes, a single dot — it all counts. The psyche doesn't care about aesthetics; it cares about expression.

What happens after the 5 weeks?

You keep access to all recordings, workbooks, and meditations. You'll also have the tools and practices to continue the work independently — including your personal healing ritual designed in week 5. Many women choose to repeat modules as their healing deepens over time.
